Welcome to the Witte family camping page.

We bought a Coleman Bayside Elite pop-up camper in Spring 2000 and have been committed campers ever since.  After a couple seasons of camping, we decided we would really enjoy an RV that would allow us to enjoy our "camping space" en route to the destination.  We also thought it would be nice to have a unit with a bit more storage and comfort.  This year, we traded the pop-up for a 2002 Four Winds 28' Class C RV.

2000 Trips

• Our first trip was to Cody, WY for Independence Day.  We even took a jaunt over to Yellowstone National Park. 
• Mineral Springs, WY for a hot bath and a visit to the Wyoming Dinosaur Museum.  We even toured an actual dinosaur dig.
• Castle Rock for the Colorado Renaissance Festival
• Wellington Lake (near Bailey, CO) for a Mom & Dad getaway
• Wellington Lake for a 5-day retreat for the whole family
